These filters sometimes target the same telecom functionalities that CoRecruit relies on to facilitate calls. As a result, your CoRecruit caller ID may occasionally be blocked by the recipient’s telecom provider or flagged as potential spam on the recipient’s device.
Recommended Steps to Combat Spam Filtering
To minimize the chances of your CoRecruit caller ID being blocked or marked as spam, we recommend registering your business phone number with Hiya (Internationally) or The Free Caller Registry (US only) . This simple process takes just a few minutes and involves the following steps:

- Visit the Hiya website
- Sign up to a FREE account
- Register your phone numbers
- Once verified, the registry will send confirmation to all major telecom providers. It may take up to a month to see analytics on your Hiya dashboard.
Free Caller Registry
- Visit the Free Caller Registry website.
- Submit your phone number for verification.
- Once verified, the registry will send confirmation to all major telecom providers.
In most cases, this registration is sufficient to ensure your calls are recognized as legitimate and not filtered as spam.
