CoRecruit Mobile App

Getting Started

To download the app, search for "CoRecruit" in the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, log in using your CoRecruit credentials.

Calling from the Mobile App

CoRecruit’s mobile app is designed to streamline your calling workflow:

Scheduled Calls

If your calendar invite includes a phone number, CoRecruit will automatically detect it:

• Tap the meeting from your schedule

• CoRecruit  will extract the number and queue it up for you

• You can call directly through the app

Outgoing Calls with Call Spoofing

If you normally call from your personal device or a VoIP number CoRecruit doesn’t integrate with, the mobile app supports call spoofing, so recipients see the correct number on their caller ID.

One-off Calls

Need to make an unscheduled call?

• Open the dial pad in the CoRecruit app

• Choose your Meeting Type to dictate the note format

• Search for and select the candidate/contact to link the call

If CoRecruit is connected to your ATS, you can even search for a contact or candidate and pull their number directly from your system.

Receiving Callbacks

When a candidate calls you back:

1. Answer the call on your phone

2. Ask if it’s okay to have your note taker (CoRecruit) join the call

3. In the CoRecruit app, tap "Conference Me"

4. CoRecruit will call your phone—merge the calls to start recording notes

This ensures you control which calls CoRecruit joins. CoRecruit will never record or take notes from personal conversations unless explicitly invited.

Notes and ATS Syncing

After each call:

• Notes are automatically generated based on your selected Meeting Type

• You can associate notes with the correct candidate or contact record in your ATS

• Follow-up materials and write-ups are generated automatically
