Getting Started with CoRecruit VOIP

Make and receive calls directly inside CoRecruit. 

What is CoRecruit VOIP?

CoRecruit VoIP allows you to create a professional presence by claiming numbers in multiple regions or using your own business number as your Caller ID.

With CoRecruit VOIP, calls are:

  • Captured automatically with optional recording pause and consent recording messages.
  • Connected to the right candidate and context
  • Turned into structured notes and ATS updates automatically

CoRecruit VOIP works in CoRecruit’s browser, desktop, and mobile app. 

Where can you use CoRecruit VOIP?

You can use CoRecruit VoIP across the web app, desktop app, and mobile app. Most calling features work the same across all environments.

Environment

Requirements

CoRecruit Web App (CoRecruit.app)

A CoRecruit browser tab must be open and logged in for you to receive inbound calls on your browser

CoRecruit Desktop App (Mac & Windows)

App must be running (can be in the background) and logged in to make and receive calls

CoRecruit Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Must be signed in and have notifications enabled

VoIP Features Available in All Environments (Web, Desktop, and Mobile)

CoRecruit VoIP supports the following features across all apps:

  • Inbound and outbound calling directly in CoRecruit
  • Automatic call logging in your activity history
  • AI-generated call notes attached to the relevant candidate or record
  • Call recording when enabled by regional regulations and VoIP provider settings
  • Call timestamps and duration tracking for every call

Desktop App Only

  • Bot-less call capture for recorded calls

Current Capabilities

  • Direct Lines: Each user is assigned a direct number. Automated call trees (IVR) and complex call forwarding are not currently supported.
  • Voice Only: This system currently supports voice calls. SMS and text messaging capabilities are not yet available.
