How to use Direct Calling

This article will cover how to use CoRecruit's direct calling feature to take notes.

1. Using Direct Calling

Careful: Before using direct calling you must first setup a caller ID. See THIS article for help

  • After setting up your caller ID you can call CoRecruit using the number and the extension

2. Calling with CoRecruit

  • After calling CoRecruit you will be brought to an Interactive Voice Response that gives you different options depending on what you want to do with the phone call.

Careful: CoRecruit will only allow you to call using direct calling from a phone number that was registered as a caller ID

3. Select an Option

  • Select the option you would like to use by dialing the number accordingly.
  • CoRecruit will offer to call someone previously registered to help with dialing.

Follow the option provided be the assistant to complete your call.
