Top Echelon Integration

CoRecruit offers an integration with Top Echelon. By connecting your account, you allow CoRecruit to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

How to Setup

Setup for CoRecruit's integration with Top Echelon requires a login username and password.

Activity Types Supported

Top Echelon activity types are supported through CoRecruit. For each meeting type you are able to specify the activity type that notes will be labeled with.

When integrated with Top Echelon, you can select from a dropdown menu the activity type label you wish to be applied to your database notes.

Database Fields

Top Echelon fields can be updated automatically or manually via CoRecruit. CoRecruit will take the information from your meeting and fill in the blanks on your records. Fields are pulled directly from your Top Echelon instance so any supported user defined fields will be available in CoRecruit.

Fields must be one of the following types for CoRecruit to fill out:

  • Text
  • Dropdown
  • Number

Database Documents

Follow-up material generated by CoRecruit can be automatically or manually uploaded to Top Echelon if a record is linked. Documents are uploaded to Top Echelon as Attachments.
