Teamtailor Integration

CoRecruit offers an integration with Teamtailor. By connecting your account, you allow CoRecruit to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

 

Where the notes go

After notes are submitted, they will appear under the Comments tab on the Candidate record you selected.

CoRecruit’s Teamtailor integration only allows linking records with Candidates.

How to Setup

Setup for the integration with Teamtailor requires an API Key and your Teamtailor login email.

⚠️ Your email address must match your Teamtailor login exactly for setup to work properly.

To generate your API Key:

  1. Click your Profile icon in the top right of Teamtailor

  2. Go to Settings

  3. From the left-hand menu, click Integrations → API Keys

  4. Click New API Key

  5. Name your key

  6. Set API Scope to Internal

  7. Check the boxes for Read and Write access

  8. Click Create

  9. Copy this key and provide it to CoRecruit during the integration setup

Activity Types Supported

❌ Activity Types are not supported in CoRecruit’s integration with Teamtailor.

Database Fields

✅ CoRecruit can update standard candidate fields in Teamtailor automatically or manually.

Custom Fields

❌ Custom fields are not supported in the Teamtailor integration.

Follow-Up Material

❌ Follow-up material (documents or summaries) cannot be uploaded to Teamtailor via CoRecruit.
