Where the Notes Go

Once a call or meeting wraps up, CoRecruit generates structured interview notes and insights and automatically pushes them into the relevant candidate record inside Just Recruit.

Connecting CoRecruit to JustRecruit via API Key

Log in to Just Recruit and go to Settings.
Navigate to Administration → API Keys.
Generate a new API key and copy it.
Identify your region if required (based on your Just Recruit URL).
In CoRecruit, go to Integrations.
Select Just Recruit (API Key).
Paste the API key and save.

Once saved, your accounts are linked and notes will start syncing automatically.

Database Fields

CoRecruit supports custom database fields within JustRecruit.

Supported fields are pulled directly from your Just Recruit instance, meaning any configured custom fields will automatically appear in CoRecruit and can be updated without additional setup.
