RBAC Permission Descriptions
One-to-two line description for each permission toggle, for use in the help article. Written for team admins reading the Roles settings page.
Meetings
Manage access to meetings, including viewing, creating, editing, and managing recordings and notes.
View their own Meeting: The member can see meetings they personally recorded or created. Without this, they have no access to any meetings in CoRecruit. We recommend that this permission is always enabled for all Roles in CoRecruit.
Edit their own Meeting: The member can make edits to their own meeting including rename, update notes, change meeting types, add or remove ATS records and modify all details on meetings they own. This requires them to also be able to view their own Meeting.
Delete their own Meeting: The member can permanently delete meetings they own, including their recordings and transcripts. This cannot be undone.
View Team Meetings: The member can see meetings recorded or created by other people on the team. Without this, they only see their own meetings. This includes search and filters on their CoRecruit dashboard.
Edit Team Meetings: The member can edit meeting details, notes, and settings on any meeting across the team, except meetings marked "Private". This is not just their own meetings but meetings owned by other team members. Requires View Team Meetings permission for it to work.
Delete Team Meetings: The member can permanently delete any meeting across the team. Use this setting with caution, this cannot be undone.
Make Meetings Private: The member can mark a meeting they own as Private, so other team members cannot see those meeting details, regardless of their role. Only the meeting owner can see private meetings.
