Spott Integration

With CoRecruit’s integration into Spott, recruiters can keep everything in one place without extra admin. Notes flow straight from CoRecruit into your Spott database, giving you complete records without any manual updates.

Where the Notes Go

Once a meeting wraps up, CoRecruit generates structured notes and automatically pushes them into the candidate’s record inside your ATS. There’s no need to re-enter information as every conversation is logged, searchable, and easy to access.

Connecting CoRecruit to Your ATS via API Key 

  1. Log in to Spott and go to Settings.
  2. Go to Administration → API Keys.
  3. Generate a new API key and copy it.
  4. Identify your region based on your Spott URL (e.g. US or EU).
  5. In CoRecruit, go to Integrations.
  6. Select Spott (API Key).
  7. Paste the API key and select the correct region.

Once saved, your CoRecruit and Spott accounts are linked, and notes will start syncing automatically.
