How to use "Conference Me"

This article will explain how to take inbound calls using the conference me option.

Careful: Before using the "conference me" option, you must have your caller ID set-up

1. Answer your Inbound call.

To have CoRecruit take notes for your inbound call first you will answer the call from a phone number that you have set-up previously under your caller ID.

2. Conference me

While your inbound call is on going. From the CoRecruit extension, or from the CoRecruit dashboard, select the Conference me option. From the dropdown menu, you will then select the same phone number that you are taking the inbound call on.

3. Answer and Merge

After selecting your phone number from the dropdown menu you will receive another call from CoRecruit.

-Answer the call from CoRecruit (Answer and hold)
-Merge the two calls together.

CoRecruit will now be able to transcribe the call and take notes.
You will be able to end the call normally and see the meeting in your overview page.
