Vincere Integration

CoRecruit offers an integration with Vincere. By connecting your account, you allow CoRecruit to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

Where the notes go


After notes are submitted they will appear in either the "Activities" section or "Briefs". The choice to upload notes as Activities or Briefs is available through the Vincere configuration on the Integrations page.

CoRecruit's Vincere integration only allows linking records with Contacts and Candidates. 

How to Setup

Set up for the integration with Vincere requires information that only the Vincere support team can provide. This information includes the Tenant ID, Client ID and API Key. 

Below is a quick template that can be sent to the Vincere support team. Vincere support will reply with the required information

Activity types supported

Vincere Activity Types are supported inside of CoRecruit. For each meeting type, you can specify the activity type you would like CoRecruit to send your notes as.

When integrated with Vincere, you can select the Activity Type you wish to apply to your database notes from a dropdown menu.

Database Fields

Vincere candidate fields can be updated automatically or manually via CoRecruit. CoRecruit will take the information from your meeting and fill in the blanks on your records. Fields are pulled directly from your Vincere instance, so any supported custom fields will be applied in CoRecruit.

The CoRecruit <> Vincere integration currently supports only updating Candidate fields. Contact fields are not yet supported.

- Willing to Relocate

- Current Salary (Annual)

- Current Salary (Monthly)

- Desired Salary (Annual)

- Current Bonus

- Desired Bonus
