Stardex Integration

CoRecruit offers an integration with Stardex. By connecting your account, you allow CoRecruit to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

Where the notes go

After notes are submitted, they will appear in the Recent Activity section on the Person record you selected.

CoRecruit's Stardex integration only allows linking records with People.

How to Setup

Setup for the integration with Stardex requires an API Key.

You can find your API Key in Stardex by navigating to:
Settings → Integrations → API Access

Activity Types Supported

❌ Activity Types are not supported in CoRecruit’s integration with Stardex.
There is no dropdown or manual configuration available.

Database Fields

✅ CoRecruit can update standard Stardex Person fields either automatically or manually.

Custom Fields

❌ Custom fields are not supported in the Stardex integration.

Document Upload

❌ Document uploads and follow-up material cannot be attached to Stardex records via CoRecruit at this time.
