Tracker RMS Integration

CoRecruit offers an integration with Tracker RMS. By connecting your account, you allow CoRecruit to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

Where the notes go

After notes are submitted, they will appear in the Job History & Activities tab under the Activities section on the Candidate or Contact record you selected.

CoRecruit’s Tracker RMS integration supports linking records with Candidates and Contacts. 

How to Setup

Setup for the integration with Tracker RMS requires an Access Token and your Region.

To generate your Access Token:

  1. Click your Profile icon in the top right of Tracker RMS

  2. Go to Tools & Settings

  3. Click Security on the left menu

  4. Open Security Settings

  5. Scroll down to the API section and click Generate an Access Token

To identify your Region:

Look at the Tracker RMS URL when logged in. For example:

  • evous.tracker-rms.com → your region is US because evo'us'

Be sure to select the correct region when entering credentials in CoRecruit.

Activity Types Supported

Activity types are fully supported through CoRecruit’s integration with Tracker RMS.

  • For each Meeting Type in CoRecruit, you can assign an Activity Type

  • Activity Types are selected from a dropdown menu populated from Tracker RMS

Database Fields

CoRecruit can update standard Tracker RMS fields for Candidates and Contacts, either automatically or manually.

Custom Fields

❌ Custom database fields are not supported at this time.

Follow-Up Material

✅ Follow-up materials such as summaries or documents can be attached directly to records in Tracker RMS.

These materials are uploaded to the same record where the meeting is linked, making it easy to access post-call documentation.
